He is very rude as are all the managers that work at the Bay. They are very defensive about the fur. All you need to do is ask any of them about the fur and they start to interrogate you. I'm not surprised he tried to break your Director's hand. I was shopping at the Bay not so long ago. I tried speaking to the fur salesman about the fur and the conditions of the animals. He immediately snapped his fingers as if he's calling for servants and said "security, security, animal activist!". I laughed it off and asked for the manager. I refused to be treated like a criminal when I'm there just doing my shopping like anyone else. When the manager came she was no better. She just started telling me that I can just shop elsewhere if I don't agree with them. I shook my head and walked away. Can you believe that's how the Bay deals with customer complaints? Outrageous!
